Transfer of training among non-traditional students in higher education: Testing the theory of planned behavior

چکیده
This study tested the predictive validity of Ajzen’s theory planned behavior with a sample 182 non-traditional students in higher education to develop our understanding students’ intentions transfer trained knowledge and skills from university courses workplace. After completing their courses, survey measured behavioral, normative, control beliefs, attitudes, perceived social norms, self-efficacy, intentions. One year later, follow-up training. Partial least squares-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) revealed that behavioral beliefs were positively associated normative self-efficacy. Transfer attitudes self-efficacy predicted Social however, non-significantly 1 after These findings are discussed terms educational implications for enrolled programs.
